Alex Polier: the Kerry Intern

Alexandra Polier has written a fascinating piece on her 'affair' with Senator Kerry.

She describes how she met and ended up working for Kerry, dating an important man on the Kerry campaign, having that relationship fizzle, and subsequently moving to Africa with her fiancè.

It was then that she gets the call about the allegations of having an affair with Kerry.

The event has really changed her life.  She decided to pursue just how the 'news' story broke as a form of therapy.  It is a sad tale of American journalism.  She even tracks the story back to the presumed beginning: a friend.
