HELP -- Creators Op-ed Bais

Does anyone have a link, or title/author/publication, for an article I read some months (years?) ago.

It was about the bias to the right among the op-ed writers of Creators Syndicate.

I would really appreciate it if anyone knows what I am talking about and can point me to it.  I remember one of the most powerful points it made was about how likely a minority op-ed writer was likely to express opinions diametrically opposed to most those of the same race.

I am getting nothing but a deluge of right-wing crap when trying to find it with Google.
